XGT-9000 X-ray Analytical Microscope
เป็นเครื่องมือ X-ray Fluorescence ที่ตรวจสอบธาตุได้ด้วยวิธี X-ray Guide Tube 1.2 มิลลิเมตรและ 100 ไมครอน สามารถ Scan และ mapping ในการวิเคราะห์ธาตุโดยวิธีการวัดแบบ Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis และวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างภายใน (Interior Structure) ของตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการวัดแบบ Transmission ได้ในเวลาเดียวกัน โดยแสดงผลออกเป็น Fluorescence Mapping Image, Transmission Image, Qualitative analysis และ Quantitative analysis
